Mask vs. No Mask? Vax vs. No Vax? Why these are the WRONG questions!
On a daily basis I get asked numerous times what I think about the effectiveness & safety of masks and/or vaccines. My thought is that these are absolutely the WRONG questions we need to be asking as a society. Pathogens including viruses always has and always will come and go throughout generations. This includes the vaccines that accompany some of these pathogens and viruses.
I don’t want to get into “studies” and “researched” numbers and data because for every report that persuades one way, there is another report saying the complete opposite. This misinformation exists because of some companies and certain individuals having an ulterior motive…which includes financial, political, and skewing the information to fit their narrative & agenda.
Because the information is always changing and it’s hard to know what to believe, why don’t we play it safe and boost our own immunity to allow our body’s immune system to do what it was meant to do? So the real question is: How do we strengthen our immunity?
Below are important dietary and lifestyle guidelines anyone can do:
• try to get 7-9 hours of sleep nightly
• exercise a minimum of 3-4 times per week at 45 minutes or more per session(mix up cardio and weights)
• avoid processed foods (in a box or bag or plastic packaging) and processed sugars like cookies, candy, cakes, ice cream, soda, etc…
• limit your daily caffeine to 8-16 ounces per day(decaf coffee still has caffeine)
• avoid soy/soy lecithin & MSG(eat home cooked meals as most restaurant foods will contain both of these ingredients)
• limit cow’s dairy like ice cream, milk, cheese, and cream dressings like ranch, caesar, blue cheese, etc…(eggs and butter are okay)
• avoid tobacco products that are chewed, vaped, or smoked
• limit your alcohol consumption on a daily and/or weekly basis
• avoid all artificial sweeteners/aspartame…”red flag” products say “sugar-free”, “diet”, “zero sugar”, “zero calorie”(honey and stevia are preferred)
• wash hands regularly especially before touching face(any open orifice) and eating
• drink a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of non carbonated water daily(Ex: I weigh 160 pounds so I should drink a minimum of 80 ounces of water per day)
I wish wearing a magical mask or taking a vaccine replaced doing all of the above on a consistent basis.
I know there are variants to viruses, this has ALWAYS been the case as this what makes them hard to forever eradicate because they are always changing their structure. Something to consider: Are viruses becoming more virulent or we as a society getting weaker and more unhealthy? I feel the latter is more accurate.

Seems like poor diet and lifestyle choices are destroying are overall health more so than anything else?
